Join us Saturday, September 6th at 4:00 PM for a film screening of the short documentary film Expanding Sanctuary with filmmaker Kristal Sotomayer in attendance! 

Expanding Sanctuary follows an immigrant mother who becomes a powerful community leader in the fight to end police data-sharing with ICE. The film captures her transformation from personal desire to bring her mother to the U.S. into a passionate, collective movement for immigrant rights and family protection. 

Now is a crucial time in the fight to protect immigrant rights. We will discuss the ongoing struggle in Philadelphia to protect our neighbors, current local campaigns, and organizations to get involved with.
